now blogging in coffee bean~
i love the feeling of seating dwn lately
we are always standing up during our scl hours
unless we got our breaks
but now we are into our menu B le
last wk juz finish our menu A which is making us end scl at 8 plus
and i reaching home at 11.10 everyday
it is even later then wat i expect
chef khoo always have so many funny life stories to tok abt
when we are cooking he can talk all he wan
but is it possible for him to stop talking when it is time to let us off?
the answer is NO! but wat can we do~ even chef gary sae he got alot to sae
how can we go home on time?
i agree totally!
we are suppose to end scl at 6 as wat we see in our time timetable but why are we ending at 8?
we have to travel a long way home~
unlike chefs they all have their own cars which will cut dwn alot on their travelling time
even though i dun stay in JB like my senior but AMK is far too!
i almost fall aslp in kitchen everyday! near the fire and yet i still can fall aslp
can u imagine how tired i am?
haiz juz hope tat the nxt 3 wks will pass faster then i can proceed over to ACP
which the chef will let us off on time=)
